Delegation from the National Defence College (NDC) Visit to Pakistan

A delegation from the National Defence College (NDC), Sri Lanka, conducted its International Collaboration Visit to Pakistan from 26 April to 06 May 2025. The visit was facilitated by the Sri Lankan High Commission in Islamabad in collaboration with the Ministries of Defence and the armed forces of both countries.

The delegation was headed by Commodore Nimal Ranasinghe, Senior Directing Staff and comprised 16 officers representing the tri-services and the police.

During the ten days long visit, the delegation visited Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Service Headquarters, respective Command and Staff Colleges, defence equipment manufacturing institutions, industrial zones and places of cultural and religious interest. Finally, before the departure they visited the High Commission of Sri Lanka followed by a dinner reception,

National Defence College Sri Lanka, is the premier military training institution in the country and is renowned as a center of excellence in academic and research pursuits providing policy inputs on national security at higher level.
